Who looks after your details
The company that sells you each tour, bike or shuttle. Its name is shown as the seller on the price and on your booking.
What we ask for and why
- Your name and email, to confirm your booking and send you its link.
- Your mobile number, if you give it, so your guide or the shop can reach you on the day.
- Each rider's riding level, and for rental bikes their height, weight and pedals, to set up the bikes and match the group.
Payments are handled on a secure payment page. We never see your card number.
Your choices
You can ask the shop to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Write to the shop or ask at the counter.
